Role Description As an Influencer Marketer at SILA Leisure, you will manage end-to-end influencer campaigns that showcase the resort’s nature-led luxury experience. This full time, on-site role in Bengaluru involves identifying and onboarding relevant influencers, negotiating collaborations, and coordinating content creation that aligns with brand guidelines. You will oversee campaign calendars, track performance metrics, and maintain ongoing relationships with creators, agencies, and partners. The role includes creating briefs, reviewing content for brand fit, organizing influencer visits and experiences at the property,



and collaborating closely with marketing, social media, and guest experience teams to amplify brand visibility and engagement.

Qualifications

- Experience in influencer marketing, including sourcing, vetting, and managing relationships with influencers and content creators.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube etc.) and trends in digital content and community engagement.
- Skills in campaign planning, coordination, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
- Ability to create clear campaign briefs, review content for brand alignment, and communicate feedback constructively.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across marketing, operations, and guest services teams.
- Background in hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands is an advantage, with sensitivity to guest experience.
- Comfort working on-site in Bengaluru, with flexibility for occasional travel to the resort and willingness to work some weekends or evenings for events and campaigns.
