Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, proactive and result-oriented General Manager to lead and coordinate multiple departments, ensure operational efficiency and drive performance.

The candidate must be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, works with strict deadlines, identifies problems independently and ensures results without repeated management follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

1. Department Leadership: Lead and coordinate Sales, Production, Purchase, Accounts, HR & Admin, and Legal & Compliance departments.
2. Performance Management: Monitor departmental KRAs, KPIs, targets and deadlines.
3. Operational Control: Conduct daily reviews, identify gaps and ensure timely corrective action.
4. SOP Implementation: Ensure company policies, procedures and internal controls are followed.
5. Deadline Management: Ensure production, purchase and other departmental commitments are completed on time.
6. MIS & Reporting: Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and submit management reports.
7. Problem-Solving: Take initiative,



resolve interdepartmental issues and drive continuous improvement.

Measurable Success Expectations

- 100% departmental KRA/KPI monitoring with updated trackers.
- 95% of departmental tasks completed within approved deadlines.
- 100% scheduled daily, weekly and monthly reviews completed.
- 100% timely MIS reporting and SOP compliance audits.
- 30-day production turnaround target monitored and achieved.
- 90% of routine operational issues resolved within agreed timelines.
- Zero critical issues left unreported or without corrective action.

Candidate Requirements

- 8–15 years of experience, preferably in manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies.
- Proven ability to lead department heads and manage cross-functional operations.
- Strong leadership, planning, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MIS, Excel, SOPs, KRAs and KPIs.
- Must be proactive, deadline-driven, accountable and willing to take leadership responsibility across departments.
- Candidates residing near Yelachenahalli, Bengaluru, preferred.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
