Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Bengaluru. The specialist will manage and grow sales for laboratory and specialty chemicals, including identifying new business opportunities, nurturing existing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating product presentations and demos, and supporting customer onboarding and training where required.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align marketing campaigns, digital and offline promotions, and product positioning with market needs. The specialist will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide feedback to management on customer trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage professionally with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and meet or exceed targets.
- Candidates should possess Training skills to support product education, customer onboarding, and internal knowledge-sharing.
- Relevant experience in B2B sales or marketing, ideally in chemicals, laboratory products, or related industrial sectors.
- Ability to analyze market data, prepare reports, and use CRM or sales management tools effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and readiness to work on-site in Bengaluru.
