1. CATHLAB SERVICE SPECIALIST ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

1. Cathlab Service & Troubleshooting

• Perform troubleshooting, diagnostics and breakdown maintenance of multi-brand Cathlab systems.

• Identify and resolve hardware, electrical, electronic and system-related faults.

• Assess equipment condition and diagnose issues involving X-ray tubes, flat-panel detectors (FPD), generators and other critical subsystems.

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as per service requirements.

• Ensure equipment functionality and performance following repairs.

2. Installation & Technical Operations

• Handle Cathlab system dismantling, installation, relocation and commissioning activities.

• Conduct equipment inspection and technical evaluation.

• Coordinate with hospitals, vendors and technical teams during installation and service activities.

• Prepare technical service reports and maintain proper service documentation.

3. Technical Expertise & Support

• Provide advanced technical support for complex Cathlab breakdowns.

• Identify component-level repair possibilities wherever technically feasible.

• Support equipment assessment for refurbished Cathlab systems.

• Provide technical guidance and knowledge support to other service engineers.

• Maintain awareness of technical developments and service practices across different equipment brands.

4. Customer Relationship & Service Coordination

• Communicate professionally with hospital biomedical departments, radiology teams and other customer representatives.

• Provide timely updates on service activities and equipment status.

• Coordinate service visits, spare requirements and technical escalations.

• Maintain customer confidence through transparent and accountable service delivery.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Biomedical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE).

Experience & Technical Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Cathlab equipment servicing.

• Practical knowledge of multi-brand Cathlab systems.

• Strong troubleshooting skills in X-ray systems, generators, X-ray tubes and flat-panel detectors.

• Experience in Cathlab dismantling, installation and commissioning.

• Basic working knowledge of other radiology equipment such as CT, C-arm, X-ray and ultrasound systems will be an added advantage.

• Ability to independently handle field service activities and technical escalations.

Location & Mobility:

• Bengaluru-based position.

• Willingness to travel across Karnataka for customer service requirements.

• Flexibility to attend emergency breakdown calls when required.

2. SALES & SERVICE CORDINATOR CUM

PRODUCT EXPERT

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales & Lead Coordination

• Track, manage and update sales and service leads using Zoho CRM and Microsoft Excel.

• Follow up with prospective customers and understand their equipment requirements.

• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely lead updates and follow-ups.

• Maintain accurate customer information, enquiry details and opportunity status.

• Support quotation preparation, proposal coordination and sales documentation.

2. Customer Relationship Management

• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails and other communication channels.

• Understand customer requirements and direct them to the appropriate sales or technical team.

• Provide timely updates regarding enquiries, quotations, service requests and equipment availability.

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, diagnostic centres, doctors and biomedical departments.

• Ensure proper follow-up and a positive customer experience.

3. Service Coordination

• Coordinate service requests between customers and field service engineers.

• Track service complaints, engineer visits and pending service activities.

• Follow up on service progress and communicate updates to customers.

• Coordinate spare part requirements and service-related activities with the technical team.

• Maintain service records, customer details and relevant documentation.

4. Product Knowledge & Customer Communication

• Develop a good understanding of Medreli's products and services, particularly ultrasound and radiology equipment.

• Understand basic technical features and applications of medical equipment.

• Explain Medreli's products, service offerings, AMC and CMC solutions to customers.

• Coordinate with technical experts to clarify product-related queries.

• Support customer presentations and product demonstrations whenever required.

5.



Vendor & Internal Team Coordination

• Coordinate effectively with equipment vendors, suppliers, customers and service engineers.

• Maintain communication between different teams to ensure smooth business operations.

• Collect and organise equipment details, pricing information and technical documents.

• Ensure that relevant customer and business information is communicated to the concerned team members.

6. Conference & Marketing Support

• Accompany the team to medical conferences, exhibitions and customer meetings whenever required.

• Interact with doctors, radiologists and hospital representatives while representing Medreli.

• Support lead generation and customer engagement activities during events.

• Assist in preparing and sharing educational content through social media platforms.

• Support basic marketing communication and promotional activities.

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering (BME), Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Medical Electronics.

Experience

• 0–5 years of experience.

• Fresh graduates with valuable communication, coordination and learning abilities are welcome to apply.

• Experience in medical equipment sales, service coordination, customer support or healthcare-related operations will be an advantage.

Required Skills:

• Fluency in Kannada and English is essential.

• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Basic technical understanding of medical equipment, particularly radiology equipment.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

• Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Zoho CRM, will be an advantage.

• Ability to manage customer enquiries and multiple follow-up activities.

• Basic understanding of social media platforms and educational content communication.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with customers, vendors and colleagues.

Location & Work Arrangement
