? Location: Bangalore
?️ Working days: 6 days a week
? Experience: 0–2 years (telecalling, collections or customer support preferred)
? CTC: Competitive
What you'll do:
? Handle around 250 connected calls a day with riders and customers
? Follow up on payment collections and meet daily targets
? Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly
? Share a daily end-of-day report with your manager
? Work closely with the operations and service teams
What we're looking for:
✅ Graduate or 12th pass
✅ Fluent in Kannada and/or Hindi, with basic English
✅ Comfortable with target-based work and high call volumes
✅ Calm, polite and patient with customers
✅ Basic computer and smartphone skills
