About MOĒNA

MOĒNA is a Bengaluru-based startup building a mass-premium lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, with a flagship store in HSR Layout. We’re building our growth team and want one person to fully own paid performance.

The role

You’ll own every Meta and Google campaign end to end, and you’ll be measured on qualified leads, store walk-ins and sales rather than clicks or CTR.

What you’ll own

- Account ownership: audit our Google and Meta accounts, clean up structure, fix tracking, and drive measurable improvement within your first 30 days
- Campaign execution: plan, launch and optimise Meta (Lead Forms, Advantage+, retargeting) and Google (Search, PMax, Demand Gen, local/store-visit) campaigns
- Lead quality: build qualifying forms and audiences, and set up offline conversion feedback (CRM → Meta/Google) so the platforms optimise for buyers instead of cheap leads
- Budget control: daily pacing and weekly reallocation based on CPA, cost per qualified lead and cost per walk-in
- Creative testing: brief,



test and scale ad creatives with our content and influencer pipeline
- Seasonal campaigns: wedding season, Diwali, Valentine’s, Akshaya Tritiya and other key moments
- Reporting: weekly review with the founder covering spend, leads, qualified leads, walk-ins and revenue

You should have

- Currently based in Bengaluru (mandatory).
- 1-4 years running Meta and Google ad accounts hands-on yourself; agency account-management experience alone isn’t enough
- Independently managed ₹3L+/month in ad spend
- Ability to set up and debug Pixel, CAPI, GA4, GTM and offline conversion uploads without help
- Solid analytical sense: you can explain why CPA moved and what to do about it
- A track record of turning around an underperforming account (be ready to walk us through it)

Good to have

- D2C, jewellery, fashion or local retail experience
- Shopify, SEO basics, Looker Studio/Supermetrics
