Job Purpose An experienced Enterprise Platform Security Architect to design, develop and maintain mission critical applications on enterprise SRE and AI Platform securely across multi-cloud and on premises.

Job Responsibilities:

- Define and maintain scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise architecture roadmap for platform engineering, ensuring alignment with business and IT strategies.
- Lead the evaluation and adoption of cloud- native/on-prem services (AWS, GCP, OCP), containerization (Kubernetes), and infrastructure as code (IaC) frameworks.
- Establish architectural standards, patterns, and best practices across platform components such as CI/CD pipelines, service mesh, API gateways, observability, and identity management.
- Act as a thought leader in DevOps, SRE, and Platform-as-a-Product principles.
- Mentor platform and solution architects, fostering a culture of architectural excellence and continuous improvement.
- Create governance models to ensure compliance, scalability, and integration across business units and cloud environments.
- Lead platform migration or modernization efforts (e.g., from legacy systems to cloud-native infrastructure.




- Ensure compliance with standards aligned with Bank and standard frameworks like NIST or CIS benchmark, PCIDSS, ISO8583, etc.
- Conduct security reviews, threat modeling, and design assessments for cloud-native and hybrid applications.
- Experience attending RBI CSITE audits, SAR Audits, DPSC etc. would be helpful.

Experience: 11-15 years of experience.

Skills:

Deep understanding of cybersecurity protocols, cryptography, security software, and IT infrastructure. · Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java) for creating solutions and proof-of-concepts. · Proficiency in using various security tools and technologies. · Proficiency in various programming languages (e.g., Python, C#, Java) for creating solutions and proof-of-concepts. · Ability to assess, analyse, and mitigate security risks. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve security issues · Security Certifications such as AWS Security Specialty Certification, CISSP, ISSAP, CCSP, or PCI-DSS ISA or similar are valued.
