Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Associate with strong experience in cold calling, lead generation, client engagement and sales conversion. The role involves identifying and qualifying prospective customers, nurturing leads through consistent follow-ups, presenting products/services, managing customer relationships and achieving assigned sales targets through effective negotiation and deal closure.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling and outbound calling to generate new business leads and sales opportunities.
- Engage with prospective clients, understand their requirements and build strong customer relationships.
- Qualify leads and convert cold prospects into warm/hot leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Conduct regular lead follow-ups and drive prospects through the sales funnel toward conversion.
- Deliver effective sales pitches, product/service presentations and demonstrations.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Negotiate with prospects on pricing, terms and requirements to successfully close deals.




- Achieve individual and team sales targets and conversion objectives.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer databases and ensure timely updates.
- Manage activities through CRM systems, including lead status, follow-ups, opportunities and closures.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports, call reports and pipeline updates for management.
- Handle customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.

Mandatory Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience in cold calling, outbound sales, lead generation and lead conversion.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing deals.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid convincing, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle objections, build relationships and effectively influence prospective customers.
- Highly target-oriented, self-motivated and persistent approach to sales.
