Role Description The Logistics Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day logistics operations. This role includes planning and coordinating international freight movements, managing shipments across Indian ports, and ensuring on-time delivery for export and import consignments. The Logistics Manager will supervise inventory and warehouse activities, coordinate with suppliers, customers, and overseas partners, and monitor supply chain performance and costs. The role also involves resolving service issues, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies, preparing reports,



and collaborating with internal teams to optimize logistics processes and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications

- Strong Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management skills, with experience coordinating international freight and port operations.
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Procurement to support efficient stock control and vendor coordination.
- Solid Customer Service skills to manage client relationships, address queries, and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Ability to analyze logistics data, control costs, and improve processes using basic analytical and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and overseas partners.
- Experience in freight forwarding, transportation, or related logistics fields is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related discipline preferred.
- Familiarity with logistics software, documentation for exports/imports, and relevant compliance requirements.
