Role Description The Chief of Staff at Dentsu Amp will serve as a key strategic and operational partner to the CEO, helping drive priorities, decision-making, P&L; and execution across the organization. This full-time, in office role in Mumbai involves coordinating cross-functional initiatives, preparing leadership for key meetings, overseeing follow-through on action items, and ensuring alignment against business goals. The Chief of Staff will synthesize information from various teams, create clear executive-ready reports and presentations, and manage key projects from planning through delivery. The role also includes facilitating internal communication, supporting annual planning and budgeting processes, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows, governance, and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, business operations, and project management, preferably in marketing, media, or technology-driven environments.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, develop insights, and recommend clear, actionable strategies.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings.
- Proven stakeholder management capabilities, including building trust with senior leaders, collaborating across functions, and navigating complex organizational structures.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Comfort with ambiguity and change, and the ability to drive clarity, structure, and follow-through in evolving situations.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a Chief of Staff, strategy, consulting, or senior-level support role is strongly preferred.
