Role Overview
As a Guest Service Associate, you will be the face of Native Bombay. You will greet guests, guide them through our menu and make sure every visit feels personal, smooth and special.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly, seat them and present the menu
Recommend dishes and beverages using your knowledge of our Best Sellers and the chef's guidance
Take orders accurately and coordinate with the kitchen and bar
Serve food and beverages to the standard of service and presentation we expect
Check in on guests regularly, handle requests and resolve concerns politely
Support group dining, special events and large bookings
Keep your station, tables and service areas clean, set up and stocked
Follow hygiene, food safety and grooming standards at all times




Process bills and payments accurately
Work closely with the captains, supervisors, kitchen and fellow GSAs
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of F&B; service experience in a restaurant, hotel or bar (freshers with strong hospitality training are welcome to apply)
Diploma or degree in hotel management preferred, but not mandatory
Positive communication in English and Hindi; Marathi is a plus
Friendly, well-groomed and confident with guests
Basic knowledge of Indian cuisine, with interest in regional food
Comfortable with POS systems
Team player, comfortable working shifts, weekends and holidays
