Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role based in Delhi, India. The Accountant will manage daily bookkeeping and general ledger entries, prepare and review financial statements, and reconcile bank accounts and other key balances. The role includes handling accounts payable and receivable, monitoring cash flows, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. The Accountant will support tax filings and regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders such as auditors and consultants. The position requires consistent attention to detail, timely reporting,



and collaboration to improve financial processes and controls.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in bookkeeping, general ledger management, and preparation of financial statements.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliation, and cash flow monitoring.
- Candidates should possess skills related to tax compliance, regulatory reporting, and familiarity with Indian accounting standards.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in accounting software (such as Tally, QuickBooks, or similar tools) and Microsoft Excel.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical abilities, attention to detail, and capability to identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams, clients, and external auditors.
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field is required; professional certifications (CA, CMA, or equivalent) are an advantage.
- Relevant experience in accounting, finance, or audit within a professional services or corporate environment is preferred.
