Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Legal Intern role located in Delhi, India. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research, case law analysis, and the preparation of legal documents such as drafts, notices, petitions, and contracts. Daily responsibilities include supporting senior lawyers in reviewing case files, organizing documents, and summarizing legal issues. The intern will help in client-related work under supervision, including note-taking during meetings and maintaining accurate records.



The role may also involve attending court or tribunal hearings to observe proceedings and assist in preparing hearing briefs and case updates.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Law and familiarity with core legal principles and procedures.
- Ability to assist with Legal Consulting tasks, including basic client advisory support under supervision.
- Competence in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents.
- Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal coordination and client-facing interactions.
- Capability to identify and analyze Legal Issues, conduct structured legal research, and summarize findings clearly.
- Currently pursuing or having completed a law degree (LLB or equivalent) from a recognized institution.
- Robust attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency with standard office software and legal research tools; familiarity with citation formats is an advantage.
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to ethical legal practice.
