1. General Cleaning Duties

- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors : Ensuring floors are free of dust, dirt, and stains.
- Dusting surfaces : Cleaning furniture, shelves, windowsills, and other surfaces.
- Emptying trash bins : Collecting and disposing of waste regularly.
- Wiping down surfaces : Cleaning tables, countertops, desks, and other high-touch surfaces.
- Cleaning bathrooms : Sanitizing toilets, sinks, mirrors, and replenishing supplies (like soap and toilet paper).

- Sanitization and Disinfection

- Disinfecting high-touch areas : Such as doorknobs, light switches, phones,



and handles to prevent the spread of germs.
- Using cleaning chemicals : Appropriately using cleaning products and ensuring safe handling and storage.

- Window Cleaning

- Cleaning windows and mirrors : Ensuring glass surfaces are streak-free and transparent.

- Maintenance of Cleaning Equipment

- Maintaining and cleaning tools : Keeping mops, vacuums, and other tools in good condition.
- Replacing worn-out equipment : Notifying supervisors about damaged or ineffective tools.
