- Lead the school’s academic and administrative functions in strict alignment with the directives of the Chairman and management.
- Consult with and obtain approval from management before implementing policies, introducing new initiatives, or making financial/administrative decisions.
- Oversee curriculum planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Motivate and guide teachers and staff for professional development.
- Ensure compliance with board/affiliation regulations and statutory requirements.
- Maintain high academic standards and promote student well-being.
- Foster effective communication with parents and stakeholders.
- Promote innovation,STEM learning, technology integration, and co-curricular excellence under management’s guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 10 years of teaching experience and 5 years in a leadership/administrative role preferably vice principal or principal of an affiliated CBSE School




- Strong understanding of CBSE Board curriculum (as applicable).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and build a positive school culture.

- Fooding facility : Provided for the Principal and their immediate family members only , up to a maximum of 4 occupants including the Principal .( Spouse and children)

- Maintenance and upkeep :

- School will handle all major repairs and maintenance of the accommodation and appliances.

- Routine upkeep, cleanliness, and responsible use of the accommodation and appliances will be the responsibility of the occupant.
