You will handle day-to-day client servicing for US trucking insurance accounts. The role focuses on policy support, endorsements, renewals, and coordination with carriers and internal sales teams. Accuracy, follow-ups, and clear communication matter here. Key Responsibilities

- Manage existing US trucking insurance clients
- Handle endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and policy changes
- Coordinate with insurance carriers for quotes, updates, and documentation
- Track renewals and ensure timely follow-ups
- Resolve client queries related to policy coverage, billing, and claims support
- Maintain accurate records in CRM or agency management systems
- Work closely with sales and operations teams

Required Experience & Skills

- Experience in US insurance,



preferably trucking or transportation insurance
- Understanding of auto liability, cargo, physical damage, bobtail, and general liability
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable working US time zones
- Valuable follow-up discipline and attention to detail

Preferred

- Prior experience with US insurance agencies or brokerages
- Familiarity with AMS/CRM tools

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
