RRD GO CREATIVE is currently seeking Customer Support Associate for the Creative Communications division in Chennai.**

In this role you will be responsible for :

- Providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients to support their projects.
- Communicating with the client to understand requirements, setting expectations, and making sure that the expectations are met.
- Communicating the client requirement to the production team.
- Overseeing the production process and the delivering the output as committed.
- Adhering to the internal metrics.
