- Providing transparent and concise explanations to customers about our products/services
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements :
- 0-1 year of experience in customer support or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
