Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain the customer database in CRM software.

- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups :

- Coordinate with sales and service teams for smooth customer support

- Maintain customer records, purchase history, and feedback :

- Generate daily / weekly CRM reports :





- Track leads, conversions, and customer engagement :

- Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field :

- 6 months experience in CRM / Customer Support / Client Handling

- Valuable communication skills ( Hindi & English )

- Knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, and data management :

- Strong problem-solving and customer handling skills
