Responsibilities:
1. Resolve customer queries and complaints on time
2. Build and maintain strong customer relationships
3. Do regular follow-ups for feedback and satisfaction
4. Update CRM and maintain customer records
5. Coordinate with sales and operations team
6. Achieve daily/monthly customer satisfaction targets
Requirements :
1. Good communication skills in Tamil & English
2. Basic computer knowledge and MS Office
3. CRM experience preferred, Freshers can apply
4. Customer-focused, patient and target-driven
5. Any Degree / Diploma
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
