Job Title : Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh Salary : ₹12,000 - ₹30,000 per month + Incentives Experience : Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to potential customers
- Handle inbound customer queries professionally
- Explain products/services and generate interest
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Follow up on leads and convert them into sales
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships

Required Skills :

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn

- Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate
