CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE (CHAT PROCESS)

Role: Customer Care Executive (Chat Support)

Salary Package: Fresher: ₹25,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI

Experienced: Up to ₹30,000 CTC + ₹2,000 PLI E

Eligibility Criteria: ✔ Excellent English Communication Skills

✔ No Grammatical Errors

✔ Good Typing Speed & Accuracy

Work Details: 9.5 Hours Shift (Including 1 Hour Break)

5 Days Working

24/7 Rotational Shifts

Rotational Week Offs

Interview Process: HR Round

Chat Simulation

Typing Test

Operations Round
