We are hiring Customer Support Executives . The role involves handling customer queries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records using computer-based systems.
Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle customer calls and provide solutions
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Work on web-based systems and software
- Ensure timely resolution of issues
- Follow company process and guidelines
Job Types : Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
