Work experience & Qualification required:

- FRESHER's with Fluency in English speaking OR min 1 years of experience in Telesales & customer service.
- Bachelor's (Preference - MBA Marketing).
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Call potential and existing customers to explain products/services and convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with warm and cold leads in a structured manner.
- Maintain daily call logs, follow-up data,



and sales reports in Excel/CRM.
- Build long-term customer relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Resolve customer queries confidently and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and smooth customer experience.
- Maintain and update customer database and communication records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Ensure professional communication and positive brand representation at all times.

Salary :

- 15,000-25,000/- + incentives (negotiable).
