*Position:* Sales Head – HORECA
*Location:* Kochi, Kerala
*Experience:* Minimum 12 years of relevant experience in Sales, preferably in HORECA, Institutional Sales, Food Processing, FMCG or Fisheries Industry.
Salary: Upto 15 Lacs

*Key Requirements & Responsibilities*

* Responsible for overall sales of Foods products across HORECA, Institutional, Cold Storage and Reseller segments in Kerala.
* Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue, sales volume and category-wise profitability targets.
* Drive business expansion across Kerala by identifying current markets, institutional customers and business opportunities.
* Develop new customers and increase product and category penetration among existing customers.
* Prepare annual sales budgets, revenue forecasts and gross profit plans.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies and identify potential growth opportunities.
* Manage category-wise margins, slow-moving products, focused products and minimize product damages.
* Ensure effective receivables management,



adherence to credit policies and maintain DSO within acceptable limits.
* Monitor customer outstanding payments and drive timely collections through regular debtor meetings and follow-ups.
* Lead and manage the sales team, ensuring individual and overall team targets are achieved.
* Oversee sales and distribution activities and coordinate with operations for efficient supply chain management.
* Explore opportunities for setting up branch offices and distribution hubs across Kerala.
* Coordinate with the marketing team for product promotions, schemes, offers and marketing initiatives.
* Monitor sales performance, prepare revenue and expense reports, and submit regular business forecasts to management.
