Primary Responsibilities:

- AEP & CJA Technical Implementation
- Implement robust tagging using Adobe Launch, JavaScript, and data layers for AEP, Analytics, and Target
- Architect and maintain AEP components (ingestion pipelines, governance, integrations) and configure CJA workspaces
- Build XDM schemas, unify data across sources, and leverage AI for identity resolution and anomaly detection
- Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Lead and mentor analytics teams, define an Adobe Analytics/AEP strategy aligned with corporate goals and key metrics




- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to drive data-driven decisions
- Data Analysis & Optimization
- Perform data audits and develop custom scripts to ensure data quality, integrating AI-driven QA where applicable. Conduct funnel and campaign analysis, translating complex findings into actionable insights
- Continuously monitor performance, resolve data ingestion/reporting issues, and use AI-driven anomaly detection
- Oversee testing of new features, integrations, and enhancements; leverage AI-based QA to ensure accurate data collection
- Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Evaluate and recommend new tools, methodologies, and data sources that could drive improvements in analytics quality, efficiency, and innovation
- Lead pilots and proof-of-concept projects to test emerging analytics approaches and technologies
Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 12+ years in digital analytics or related field,



with deep Adobe Experience Cloud experience
- 3+ years in leadership/managerial roles, building and guiding analytics teams
- Solid hands-on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP),Adobe Launch, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target skills
- Familiarity with Adobe Real-Time CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, or similar solutions is highly preferred
- Expert JavaScript for tagging/data layer/custom scripts; proficiency in SQL
- Additional familiarity with platforms like Glassbox, Quantum Metric, Qualtrics, Observe Point
- Robust understanding of data architecture, data modelling (XDM), and data governance
- Ability to integrate or develop basic AI-driven models (e.g., predictive scoring, personalized recommendations)
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills; adept at translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights
