Position : Customer Support Executive Company : G.S. Leasing and Finance Private Limited (GS Finance) Location : Office 46, 5th Floor, Maple High Street, Hoshangabad Road, Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh - 462026

Position Overview : Eligibility Criteria :

- Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
- Polite, confident, and customer-friendly attitude
- Target-oriented and hardworking

Experience Required :

- Minimum 1-3 years experience in customer support / telecalling
- Experience in loan / NBFC / banking / collection process preferred
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply

Key Responsibilities : Customer Interaction & Support :

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Assist customers with loan-related queries and information
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions

Lead Management & Follow-ups :

- Follow up with potential and existing customers





EMI & Payment Support :

- Remind customers about upcoming or overdue EMI payments
- Assist customers with payment-related queries
- Handle overdue cases with a polite and professional approach

Data Entry & CRM Management :

- Update customer interaction details in CRM/system
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups

Issue Resolution & Escalation :

- Resolve customer issues effectively
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior staff

Required Skills :

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of loan/EMI processes
- Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
- Basic computer knowledge

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
