Key Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. :
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and order status.
- Maintain and update customer databases and records.
- Call existing clients and make regular conversations.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and Gujarati
