Role Details:

- Position: Customer Service Associate (Inbound Process) +upselling
- Payroll: Directly on the company payroll
- Working Days: 5 days a week
- Shifts: Rotational shifts for males and day shifts 8am to 8pm 9hrs shift for males.

its not weekends off and no bank holidays as such,

Job Responsibilities:

- Inbound customer service
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services
- Achieving monthly sales targets along with service quality

Salary & Benefits:

- Net Salary: Up to ₹42,000 per month
- Annual Bonus: ₹40,000 - ₹80,000
