Key Responsibilities

- Customer Interaction : Greet clients, understand concerns, and clearly explain repair processes, costs, and timelines.
- Estimation & Documentation : Prepare detailed repair estimates and damage reports using computerized systems.
- Insurance Coordination : Manage the insurance claim process, including coordination with surveyors, claim intimation, and documentation.
- Technical Liaison : Coordinate between the customer and shop floor technicians to ensure work is done efficiently.
- Quality Control & Delivery : Monitor repair progress, conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery, and follow up on customer satisfaction.

Requirements :

- Experience : Typically 3-5 years in automobile service management/bodyshop.

- Education : Graduate or Diploma in Automobile/Mechanical Engineering.

- Skills : Strong technical knowledge of accident repairs, denting, and painting.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid customer service orientation.

- Technical : Proficiency in MS Office and dealer management software (DMS).
