Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients, artists, and leads provided by the company.
- Explain company services related to films, casting, portfolios, shoots, and promotions.
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding ongoing projects and services.
- Generate walk-ins and schedule appointments for interested clients.
- Follow up with leads regularly and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Maintain and update customer records in CRM or Excel sheets.
- Coordinate with CRM, sales,
and operations teams for smooth client handling.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets.
- Maintain qualified communication and customer service standards.
- Prepare reports on call performance and lead conversions.
Requirements :
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English proficiency is an added advantage.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and professional conduct.
