Role Description

We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Sales Admin to manage day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth administrative functioning.

Qualifications

- BBA / MBA (Freshers are eligible to apply)

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and oversee daily office activities and operations
- Handle front office responsibilities




- Welcome visitors and direct them to the relevant office/personnel
- Purchase office supplies, equipment, and furniture
- Oversee maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Handle housekeeping department activities
- Manage employee files and prepare attendance records
- Ensure smooth general administration of the office
- Work on ERP software, documentation, and customer support management
- Manage petty cash and maintain cash collection reports
- Maintain and update ongoing client reports

Skills Required :

- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / ERP preferred)
- Ability to multitask and manage office administration efficiently
