Location : Motihari, Bihar, India Department : Collections / Recovery / Credit Control

Job Type : Full-time (On-site) Reporting To : Collections Manager / Team Lead

Job Purpose

To effectively manage and collect outstanding payments from customers/borrowers in the assigned Motihari territory, ensuring timely recovery of dues while maintaining high standards of customer service and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct daily field visits and telephonic follow-ups with customers to collect overdue payments. Manage assigned loan portfolios and minimize delinquent accounts. Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly collection targets set by the company. Maintain accurate and updated records of repayment status in collection MIS or excel dashboards. Negotiate repayment plans, understand customer constraints, and propose feasible solutions. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and payment disputes professionally. Work closely with accounts, operations, and branch teams to coordinate follow-ups and settlements.



Ensure compliance to internal policies and any applicable RBI/NBFC guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

✔ Minimum Graduate (preferred) or 12th Pass (based on employer). ✔ Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi/English. ✔ Strong knowledge of local geography/contacts in and around Motihari. ✔ Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and maintain professionalism. ✔ Valid Driving License + two-wheeler preferred (for field visits).

Remuneration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
