Full job description
- Staff management : Recruit, train, and motivate staff, and ensure they work well together
- Customer service : Greet customers, answer questions, and resolve complaints
- Health and safety : Ensure the restaurant meets health and safety regulations, including food safety
- Inventory management : Check stock levels, order supplies, and automate inventory management
- Compliance : Comply with licensing laws and other legal requirements
- Problem solving : Provide solutions to issues, such as profit decline, employee conflicts, and loss of business
- Sales : Increase sales year on year
