JOB DESCRIPTION - MARKETING EXECUTIVE

Department : Sales & Marketing Location : Paluck Ashok Leyland Workshop Reports To : Dealer Principal / Sales & Marketing Head Experience : 2-4 years preferred

Job Purpose

To expand Paluck’s market presence and generate business for Ashok Leyland vehicles, genuine spare parts and workshop services through field marketing, customer acquisition and relationship development.

Key ResponsibilitiesMarket Coverage

- Develop and execute territory-wise market visits.
- Identify transporters, fleet owners, institutions and commercial vehicle operators.
- Develop new customer relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits.
- Map commercial vehicles operating in the territory.

Vehicle Sales Lead Generation

- Generate leads for new Ashok Leyland vehicles.
- Identify vehicle replacement opportunities.
- Identify customers planning fleet expansion.
- Coordinate qualified leads with the vehicle sales team.
- Follow up leads until conversion.

Parts & Service Marketing

- Promote genuine Ashok Leyland spare parts.
- Promote workshop service packages and preventive maintenance.
- Generate service and parts business from outside customers.
- Develop institutional/fleet service opportunities.

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor activity.




- Collect competitor pricing/offers information.
- Identify new fleet operators.
- Monitor customer feedback.
- Identify potential business opportunities.

Campaigns

- Support local marketing campaigns.
- Conduct customer meets/camps.
- Coordinate service camps and market activities.
- Promote offers through WhatsApp and other approved channels.

KPIs

- New leads generated
