Sales & Despatch - Alloy Steel / Die Steel / Tool Steel - Job Description

- Handle complete sales coordination for alloy steel, die steel, and tool steel materials from enquiry to dispatch.
- Develop and maintain robust relationships with customers, vendors, and industrial clients.
- Prepare quotations, follow-up with customers, negotiate orders, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with purchase, store, production, and transport teams for smooth material availability and delivery.
- Plan daily dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery as per customer commitment.
- Verify material specifications, test certificates, heat numbers, sizes, and dispatch documents before delivery.
- Monitor pending orders, payment follow-ups,



customer complaints, and dispatch status reports.
- Maintain proper records in ERP/Tally regarding sales orders, invoices, stock movement, and dispatch details.
- Ensure proper loading, packing, weighing, and transportation coordination without delay or damage.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports related to sales performance, dispatch efficiency, and customer service.
