- Role Overview _
- We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our market presence in Aurangabad and surrounding industrial regions, generate new business opportunities, and maintain strong client relationships._
- Key Responsibilities _
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in Aurangabad and nearby industrial zones (MIDC areas)
- Conduct field visits to factories, construction sites, and industrial clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers




- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable steel/raw material solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and delivery
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
- Maintain daily visit reports and sales records
- Key Requirements _
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 1-5 years of experience in field sales (steel, metals, building materials preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Aurangabad industrial market (MIDC Waluj, Chikalthana, Shendra, etc.) is a plus
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Willingness to travel locally
