Job Summary: Key Responsibilities: Arrange and attend business meetings with clients. Promote HSM and its capabilities by presenting our specialization, newly introduced services, and strategic service locations. Understand customer requirements and generate new business opportunities. Identify and approach new customers through websites, LinkedIn, and cold calling. Build and maintain a structured database for business development activities. Research shipping companies and their vessels using platforms such as Magic Port, Equasis, and MarineTraffic. Track vessel port calls and worldwide port rotation for potential service opportunities. Respond to enquiries promptly, follow up on submitted quotations, and work towards converting them into purchase orders. Coordinate closely with commercial and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of service and repair jobs. Submit daily and weekly reports to management on activities and progress.



Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and maximizing revenue for the organization. Experience in marine, shipping, or technical service industry preferred. Robust communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of marine industry platforms and vessel tracking tools is an advantage.
