Job Title: CASA Sales Officer

Department : Retail Banking / Sales Experience : Freshers & 1+ Year Experience Products : Current Account (CA) & Savings Account (SA) Employment Type : Full-Time

Job Summary : Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Acquire new CASA accounts (CA/SA) through field sales and referrals

- Source customers from open market, corporate visits, and merchant onboarding

- Explain account features, advantages, and bank offerings to customers

- Ensure complete and accurate KYC documentation :

- Activate accounts and encourage initial funding

- Cross-sell banking products (FD, RD, Debit Card, Internet Banking, etc.)

- Maintain long-term relationships with customers

- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria : For Freshers :

- Minimum 12th / Graduate (any stream)




- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in field sales
- Basic understanding of banking is an advantage

For Experienced (1+ Year) :

- Prior CASA / BFSI sales experience preferred
- Knowledge of KYC norms and banking processes
- Existing customer or merchant base is a plus
- Robust track record of target achievement

Mandatory Requirement :

- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence .

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
