Role Overview

We are hiring a Corporate Sales Executive - Events & Travel who can drive B2B business by acquiring corporate clients, pitching corporate events and travel solutions, and closing deals through face-to-face meetings and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Events & MICE Sales

Generate corporate leads for events, MICE, conferences, offsites, exhibitions & incentive programs

Conduct client meetings to understand event objectives and budgets

Pitch event concepts, proposals, and commercial terms

Coordinate with internal event planning teams for proposals and execution

Close event deals and ensure timely confirmations

Corporate Travel Sales

Acquire and manage corporate clients for domestic & international corporate travel

Sell services including air tickets, hotels, group travel, incentives & offsites

Handle corporate rate negotiations and annual travel agreements

Ensure repeat business and account growth

Business Development & Client Management

Visit corporates, agencies, and industry hubs to generate new business





Build and maintain strong long-term corporate relationships

Upsell cross-services between events and travel

Achieve assigned monthly & quarterly sales targets

Coordination & Reporting

Liaise with operations teams for smooth delivery

Track sales pipeline, proposals, closures, and collections

Share regular sales reports and forecasts with management

Minnimum 2 years experience in corporate sales for events / MICE / travel

Strong understanding of corporate event planning & travel operations

Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills

Confident in dealing with CXOs, HR, Admin & Marketing teams

Target-driven, professional, and client-focused

Comfortable with field visits and corporate meetings
