- Achieve assigned monthly & quarterly sales targets :

- Drive volume and value growth across key modern trade accounts

- Ensure timely execution of business plans

Distribution & Availability

- Ensure maximum product availability across all assigned stores
- Increase numeric distribution and SKU penetration
- Monitor stock levels to avoid out-of-stock situations

Modern Trade Execution

- Ensure planogram adherence, visibility & shelf presence :

- Execute in-store promotions, displays & activations

- Coordinate with merchandising teams for execution excellence

Key Account Management

- Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers & store managers :

- Support joint business planning and review meetings

- Handle operational issues, claims & coordination smoothly

Trade Promotions

- Plan and execute trade schemes & promotions :





- Monitor promotional effectiveness and market response

- Ensure proper communication of schemes to the field team

Market Intelligence

- Track competitor pricing, promotions & new launches
- Share market insights and improvement suggestions regularly

Team Management

- Guide and motivate field sales executives
- Review performance and ensure daily activity reporting
- Support training and capability building

Desired Skills

- Experience in Contemporary Trade / FMCG / Snacks category :

- Strong communication, negotiation & analytical skills :

- Result-oriented and execution-focused mindset

- Willingness to travel and manage multiple accounts

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
