Roles & Responsibilities :
- Handle incoming leads from Facebook, Google, website, and walk-ins
- Understand customer travel needs (budget, destination, dates, preferences)
- Call, follow up, and convert leads into confirmed bookings
- Meet interested clients in person (office visits or field meetings) to explain packages and close deals
- Sell domestic and international holiday packages effectively
- Upsell services like flights, hotels, visas, and cruise bookings
- Customize travel itineraries based on customer requirements
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
- Update and manage all leads in CRM regularly
- Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking execution
- Build solid customer relationships and generate repeat business & referrals
Pay: ₹10,386.09 - ₹36,310.21 per month
