Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Sales & Client Engagement

- Conduct feasibility studies and collaborate with technical architects to create realistic effort, budget, and timeline estimates.
- Prepare and present proof-of-concept (PoC) walkthroughs, product demos, and solution presentations to stakeholders.

Requirement Engineering & Documentation

- Gather, analyze, and synthesize functional and non-functional requirements into detailed Business Requirement Documents ( BRDs ), Functional Requirement Documents ( FRDs ), and SRS.
- Break down complex business demands into clear User Stories complete with crisp Acceptance Criteria and Definition of Done.
- Create intuitive user workflows, process flow diagrams, and high-level wireframes using prototyping tools.
- Identify process gaps, recommend business process improvements, and establish requirements traceability.





Delivery & Stakeholder Coordination

- Facilitate smooth project handoffs from the pre-sales phase to the technical execution team.
- Act as the functional SME during sprint execution, supporting technical teams, QA, and UAT phases with clarity on business context.
- Participate in daily standups, sprint planning, and backlog grooming in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Proactively manage scope creep, handle change requests (CRs), and communicate project dependencies or risks to leadership.
