About the Organisation

GB Career Clarity Advisory provides assessment-based guidance services. This role will primarily support the promotion of its premarital relationship assessment service, which helps couples explore key areas of compatibility and initiate meaningful conversations before commitment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a confident and energetic Field Sales & Outreach Intern to create awareness about our services, generate genuine customer enquiries, distribute promotional material, and convert interested prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Distribute pamphlets, brochures, and visiting cards at approved locations.
- Create awareness about the premarital relationship assessment service.
- Professionally explain the purpose, process, and features of the assessment.
- Generate genuine customer enquiries and sales leads.
- Share the organisation’s website and approved promotional information with interested individuals.
- Connect with wedding planners, matrimonial consultants, psychologists, counsellors, photographers, and other relevant professionals.
- Follow up with interested leads through approved calls or messages.
- Maintain a record of locations visited, promotional materials distributed, enquiries received, and sales generated.
- Collect general customer and market feedback.
- Work towards mutually agreed outreach and sales targets.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with fieldwork, local travel, and customer interaction.
- Confident, responsible, presentable, and self-motivated.
- Interest in sales, marketing,



customer acquisition, or business development.
- Ability to work independently and maintain accurate records.
- Familiarity with Noida and nearby areas will be preferred.
- No prior sales experience is required.

Compensation

This is a commission-based internship with no fixed stipend .

The intern will receive a commission equal to 10% of the net amount received by GB Career Clarity Advisory for each verified and successfully completed sale directly generated through the intern’s assigned referral method .

Earnings will depend on successful sales, and no minimum or guaranteed income is offered. Commission will not be payable on cancelled, refunded, duplicate, fraudulent, or unverified transactions.

Important Guidelines

- Promotional material must only be distributed at locations where permission has been obtained or where such distribution is permitted.
- The intern must not enter private premises, residential societies, offices, or commercial establishments without permission.
- No misleading claims, false promises, pressure-selling, or guarantees may be made.
- The assessment must not be represented as therapy, diagnosis, counselling, matchmaking, or a guarantee of relationship success.
- Customer information must remain confidential and may only be used for authorised business communication.
- The intern must represent GB Career Clarity Advisory professionally and ethically.
