We Are Looking for an Exceptional Operations Manager — A Leader Who Takes Full Command!

Are you a powerhouse qualified who can walk into any production environment and own it? Do you have the instinct, discipline, and sharp decision-making ability to keep an entire organization running smoothly — even when the leadership is away? If you have proven yourself in high-pressure production environments and are ready to step into a role that truly challenges your capabilities, we want to hear from you.

This is not just another management role. This is an opportunity to be the backbone of a growing production-based company — a person who is trusted to manage everything from day-to-day operations to long-term strategic execution.

About the Role: As our Operations Manager, you will have complete authority and responsibility over all operational functions of the company. You will be the go-to person — the decision-maker — the one who ensures that every gear in this machine keeps turning efficiently, profitably, and on time. When the owner is not present, you are the owner of the floor, the team, and the results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee and manage ALL aspects of daily production operations end-to-end
- Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams including production, logistics, quality control, procurement, and administration
- Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure operational consistency and excellence
- Monitor production targets, KPIs, and performance metrics — and take decisive action when course correction is needed
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders
- Manage budgets, control costs,

and maximize resource efficiency without compromising on quality
- Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks — and resolve them proactively before they escalate
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all departments
- Ensure full compliance with safety, legal, and regulatory standards
- Represent the company's vision, values, and standards at all times

Who We Are Looking For:

- A sharp, self-driven professional with 10+ years of hands-on experience in operations management — specifically in a production-based or manufacturing environment
- Age: Below 45 years
- Proven track record of independently managing large teams and complex operations
- Strong leadership presence — someone who commands respect and inspires performance
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills
- A strategic thinker who can also roll up their sleeves and get things done on the ground
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in operations management tools, ERP systems, and reporting dashboards

What We Offer:

- Salary: ₹55,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)
- Full-time, permanent position
- Flexible schedule for senior management
- Cell phone reimbursement
- Provident Fund
- Paid sick leave
- A high-trust, high-autonomy role with real decision-making authority
- A platform to leave your mark on a growing company

To Apply: Send your updated resume and a brief note on your most significant operational achievement to our HR team. We look forward to meeting our next Operations Leader!

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Benefits :

- Paid sick time
- Paid time off
