Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and commercially aware professional who can handle techno-commercial proposals and maintain structured sales records. The role involves close coordination with the sales team, preparing accurate quotations, and maintaining data for business analysis and decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals based on customer requirements and internal inputs
- Understand basic technical specifications of products (training will be provided where required)
- Coordinate with internal sales/technical teams for accurate costing and solution selection
- Maintain and update sales records , including:
- Source of inquiry / business generation channel
- Order value and conversion data
- Customer database and history
- Generate periodic sales reports and MIS for management review
- Track quotations, follow-ups, and conversion status
- Ensure proper documentation and filing of all proposals and orders
- Graduate in Engineering / Commerce / Business Administration
- 1-4 years of experience in sales coordination / proposal making / techno-commercial role :
- Strong skills in MS Excel and reporting :
- Positive written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of industrial products / automation / pneumatics (preferred, not mandatory)
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
Preferred Profile
- Experience in handling B2B industrial products :
- Familiarity with CRM systems or ERP tools
- Ability to manage multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently
Salary Recommendation (Kolkata Market)
For this role in Kolkata, a practical salary range would be:
- ₹2.4 LPA - ₹3.6 LPA
Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹360,000.00 per year
