Job Title: CoordinatorJob Summary : The Coordinator is responsible for organizing, managing, and supporting daily operational activities within the department. The role involves communication, scheduling, documentation, and ensuring smooth coordination between teams, clients, and management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Coordinate daily operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and events
- Maintain records, reports, and documentation
- Monitor project progress and prepare status updates




- Assist in planning and executing projects or programs
- Resolve minor issues and escalate when necessary
- Support management with administrative tasks

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field (preferred)
- Proven experience in coordination or administrative roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time-management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
