About the Role

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executives to identify potential customers, generate business opportunities, build customer relationships and contribute to the company's growth. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude and an interest in sales and business development.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
- Explain the company's products, services and mentorship programs to prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and follow up on leads to convert prospects into customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
- Maintain customer details, lead status and follow-up records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.




- Submit daily activity and sales reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of sales and business development.
- Confidence in handling customer calls and follow-ups.
- Good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections and rejections positively.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented and willing to learn.

Eligibility Criteria

- Any degree or equivalent qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development or customer handling.
- Freshers with positive communication and sales aptitude are welcome.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
