We are working on a sustainability-led initiative where, over the past 8 years , we have planted and nurtured a forest of more than 35,000 trees . The site, located about an hour from Indore , has developed into a thriving ecosystem and has been recognized as a biodiversity-awarded site .

We are planning to develop 8–10 cottages using sustainable construction methods with a premium design approach . We are looking for passionate architecture students or young designers who are interested in combining local materials, vernacular construction techniques, and contemporary design .

We are looking for student architects with a solid flair for design and sustainability to assist in the planning and execution of an upcoming project.

Key Requirements:

- Strong interest in sustainable and eco-friendly architecture
- Experience or exposure to sustainable materials and construction techniques




- Prior experience working on sustainability-focused projects will be a major advantage
- Knowledge of vernacular construction methods , including:
- Mud brick construction
- Limestone-based building techniques
- Thatched roofing
- Other traditional, locally adaptable construction practices

Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning and executing engineering and architectural drawings
- Collaborate with architects, consultants, and local agencies
- Contribute to drawings and design development using sustainable materials and techniques
- Support the on-ground execution and coordination of the project

Location Requirement:

- Candidates should be able to travel to or work from Indore for project execution.
