This is a full-time, in office role at our Chandigarh office, Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. You will report to the Founder and Creative Director.

We are looking for someone who can both plan content and make it. You will decide what a brand should post and why, then create the content that gets it done, across the social media pages we manage for our clients.

Plan monthly content strategies and calendars for client social media pages

Come up with creative ideas and concepts for Reels, posts and campaigns

Create content: write scripts and captions,



shoot and edit short-form video

Track trends and turn the relevant ones into timely content for each brand

Review page performance and use what works to shape the next month's plan

Minimum two years of experience in content strategy or content creation

Has managed multiple social media pages, with results you can show

Portfolio of content you have created, especially Reels and short-form video

Strong understanding of how Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube content works, including formats, hooks and trends

Experience planning and creating YouTube videos, including long-form videos and Shorts

Strong creative thinking, with original ideas you can walk us through

Good written and spoken English and Hindi

this is an on-site role at our Chandigarh office

Prior experience at a marketing, advertising or digital agency

Working knowledge of editing apps such as CapCut, InShot or Premiere Pro

Experience using AI tools for scripting, images or video

Experience creating TikTok videos
